About the Role
A professional in Los Angeles seeks a Home Assistant / Household Manager to help maintain a calm, organized, and well-functioning 1-bedroom apartment (approx. 1,225 sq. ft.).
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and takes pride in creating an orderly, restorative home environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain general household tidiness and daily resets
Laundry (in-building) and linen changes
Restock pantry, fridge, and bathroom supplies
Support ongoing decluttering and coordinate with professional organizer
Run local errands (groceries, dry cleaning, supplies)
Coordinate with cleaners for deep cleaning when needed
Light food prep or organizing meal deliveries
Maintain basic household checklist and routines in Notion (training provided)
Job requirements
Schedule
Approximately 6–10 hours per week
Preferred days: Mondays and Fridays
Typical hours: 2:00 to 5:00 PM (longer if necessary)
Flexibility as systems stabilize and routines are set
Qualifications
Prior experience as a home assistant, housekeeper, or household manager
Strong attention to detail and sense of order
Reliable, discreet, and communicative
Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp, digital checklists, or Notion a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$50/hour, depending on experience
