About the Role

A professional in Los Angeles seeks a Home Assistant / Household Manager to help maintain a calm, organized, and well-functioning 1-bedroom apartment (approx. 1,225 sq. ft.).
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and takes pride in creating an orderly, restorative home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general household tidiness and daily resets

  • Laundry (in-building) and linen changes

  • Restock pantry, fridge, and bathroom supplies

  • Support ongoing decluttering and coordinate with professional organizer

  • Run local errands (groceries, dry cleaning, supplies)

  • Coordinate with cleaners for deep cleaning when needed

  • Light food prep or organizing meal deliveries

  • Maintain basic household checklist and routines in Notion (training provided)

Job requirements

Schedule

  • Approximately 6–10 hours per week

  • Preferred days: Mondays and Fridays

  • Typical hours: 2:00 to 5:00 PM (longer if necessary)

  • Flexibility as systems stabilize and routines are set

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a home assistant, housekeeper, or household manager

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of order

  • Reliable, discreet, and communicative

  • Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp, digital checklists, or Notion a plus)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation & Benefits
