Core ResponsibilitiesHousehold Reset & Daily Operations

• Maintain full kitchen reset (dishes, surfaces, counters, appliances)

• Manage daily organization across kitchen and common areas

• Break down deliveries and manage recycling removal

• Maintain entryway, living areas, and shared spaces in guest-ready condition

Laundry & Fabric Care

• Proactively manage laundry cycles and prevent overflow

• Wash and care for garments using delicate cycles and unscented products

• Hang dry specialty athletic and performance items

Cleaning Rhythm

• Weekly dusting and vacuuming

• Regular sweeping and mopping of floors and outdoor areas

Inventory, Systems & Vendor Coordination

• Manage household product inventory end-to-end

• Maintain non-toxic and wellness-aligned product standards

• Restock proactively without prompting

Hosting & Travel Support

• Prepare guest bedroom and bathroom for visitors

• Reset linens and spaces before and after hosting

• Support light gathering preparation

Schedule & Rhythm

• Preferred hours: early afternoon to early evening

• Monday–Thursday required

• Friday optional

• Weekends typically off

• Occasional flexibility for hosting or travel periods
