Job requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Support

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure home is reset and orderly

  • Light housekeeping support in high-use areas

  • Laundry: wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens

  • Track and replenish groceries, supplies, and household essentials

  • Coordinate vendors (garden, pool, maintenance) and ensure accountability

  • Communicate effectively with family and other household staff

  • Track tasks, maintenance needs, and key updates in HomeOS

Weekly & Ongoing Tasks

  • Manage household scheduling and service logs

  • Oversee organization systems (pantry, closets, storage areas)

  • Maintain visually polished and functional surroundings

  • Local errands: returns, supplies, pick-ups/drop-offs

  • Maintain and update the Household Manual

As-Needed

  • Basic pet care coordination once a puppy joins the family

  • Assist with small event prep or family travel needs

  • Handle sudden changes or urgent household matters with calm efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are:

Experienced in home management, family assistance, or estate operations

Organized, capable of planning ahead, and excellent at follow-through

Tech-comfortable (WhatsApp, Google Suite; HomeOS a plus)

Good at balancing independent work with team communication

Professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent

Someone who brings calm, clarity, and structure

Detail-driven — maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
