What You’ll Do Each Day

You are the operational lead of the home, ensuring everything runs smoothly without reminders or oversight.

Each day, you will:

• Reset and maintain visual order across the home so spaces feel calm, clear, and complete

• Keep household systems running predictably, resolving issues before they become problems

• Manage inventory, packages, and restocking so essentials are always on hand

• Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, and dry cleaning to keep clothing and linens ready to use

• Handle groceries, light meal prep, and kitchen organization

• Coordinate vendors, schedules, and household logistics behind the scenes

• Maintain organization systems, decluttering, and seasonal rotations

• Keep household documentation and systems updated and accessible

• Prepare the home for travel and restore it afterward

By the end of each day, the home is reset, organized, and ready — with nothing left for the client to track, follow up on, or manage.
