House Manager Housekeeper

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented House Manager/Housekeeper hybrid to support a newly renovated family home. This role combines daily housekeeping, cooking/meal prep, and household organization with light management tasks. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 30-40 hrs/week Pay: $25-$35/hr (based on experience) Start Date: End of December

Key Responsibilities

• Daily home reset: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas

• Laundry 3x/week (wash, fold, organize) and bed linens

• Meal prep and basic cooking (very important): chopping, simple meals, family snacks

• Household organization & maintaining inventory (pantry, fridge, supplies)

• Scheduling & coordinating vendors (HVAC, cleaners, repairs, seasonal maintenance)

• Managing deliveries, errands, basic shopping

• Light support with children (after-school snack, friendly presence)

• Communicating through WhatsApp & following daily checklists

• Background in private homes (housekeeper / house manager experience)

• Confident with meal prep or basic cooking

• Highly organized, proactive, reliable

• Warm, trustworthy, and tech-friendly

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a larger home
