Job description

About HUM Home

HUM Home exists to support the people who make homes work.

We place Household Managers in roles that truly fit their skills, values, and season of life. We take the time to understand what kind of home environment you thrive in, the hours you want to work, and the type of family you want to support.

Beyond placement, HUM provides guidance, structure, and best practices that make your work easier and more fulfilling, plus a community of other household professionals, so you’re never doing this work alone.

This is a role for someone who sees a home as a living system.

You walk into a home and immediately know what needs to happen next. You reset spaces without being asked. You create structure where things used to feel reactive. You take pride in laundry done correctly, kitchens that flow, and homes that return to calm every single day.
