Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Maintain a consistently reset, organized home

  • Eliminate physical clutter and operational backlog

  • Ensure daily functionality through disciplined routines

  • Take full ownership of household reset standards

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, physical movement, and visible results.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Home Reset

  • Complete a full walkthrough and reset of the home

  • Collect and clear dishes, laundry, and trash

  • Run, fold, and properly put away laundry (including cabinet and storage organization)

  • Fully reset the kitchen (surfaces, sink, organization)

  • Spot clean floors and high-touch surfaces

  • Reset bathrooms (maintenance-level; not deep cleaning)

  • Maintain order and organization in all common areas

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Clear, wipe, and reset the refrigerator

  • Light weekly organization projects

  • Manage trash and recycling

  • Monitor household essentials and supplies

  • Coordinate simple Amazon restocks and deliveries

Physical Requirements & Work Capacity

This role requires a high level of physical capability consistent with active household operations.

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50–60 lbs independently

  • Move boxes, storage bins, household items, and supplies safely

  • Reach overhead shelving and storage areas repeatedly

  • Stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods during shifts

  • Maintain steady physical stamina and work pace throughout the day

  • Perform tasks efficiently without physical strain or frequent breaks

This is a physically active role, comparable to facilities, warehouse-adjacent, or hands-on operations work.
