A busy dual-career household in Rowland Heights is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Home Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day flow and operational upkeep of the home. This is a true household operations role designed for someone who thrives in structured environments and naturally creates calm, consistency, and organization.

The family already has layered support in place, including an au pair, executive assistant, housekeeper, and gardener, but they are looking for someone who can act as the central point of accountability inside the home — ensuring systems are maintained, tasks are completed proactively, and the household consistently feels organized, reset, and running smoothly.

This is not a cleaning-only role and not an assistant-only role. The ideal candidate understands how to manage the moving parts of a household efficiently while maintaining high standards, strong follow-through, and excellent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily resets and keep common areas organized

• Handle laundry, linens, and household organization

• Restock household essentials and manage light errands

• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and maintenance visits

• Provide daily care for the family dog, including feeding and medication

• Help maintain a calm, clean, and smoothly running home
